   上海締筑建筑工程有限公司是一家專業(yè)裝飾設(shè)計與施工的工程公司。承接了很多大型商業(yè)和辦公樓的室內(nèi)設(shè)計施工工作。自2007年成立，現(xiàn)已完成了幾十萬平方米的建筑、室內(nèi)等工程的設(shè)計與施工，獲得了國內(nèi)眾多客戶的滿意稱贊。

   我們擁有專業(yè)的設(shè)計團(tuán)隊，多位優(yōu)秀海內(nèi)外設(shè)計師加盟，形成了強(qiáng)大而專業(yè)的設(shè)計精英力量，在室內(nèi)方面我們擅長辦公空間、商業(yè)旗艦店、高檔餐廳、酒店會所、樣板房及別墅的設(shè)計。在室外方面，擁有傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計優(yōu)勢，可以承擔(dān)創(chuàng)意感極強(qiáng)的室內(nèi)景觀規(guī)劃，建筑，景觀等設(shè)計項目。為使設(shè)計作品可以完美再現(xiàn)，締筑建立了完善的項目施工管理團(tuán)隊，公司每個施工項目都要專門組建項目部由公司項目總監(jiān)統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)，項目總監(jiān)為國家注冊一級建造師、高級工程師對工程項目直接管理決無轉(zhuǎn)包.采取以尊重設(shè)計與環(huán)境相融合為最終效果的施工方式，為客戶做出優(yōu)質(zhì)的室內(nèi)裝飾工程。

   經(jīng)過十年的發(fā)展，在公司全體人員的努力下在江浙滬地區(qū)完成近千例工程項目，涵蓋了家具展廳、時尚餐廳、兒童樂園、健身會所、企業(yè)總部、工業(yè)廠房，代表案例浙江名美家具展廳、上海時代廣場泰亭餐廳、上海巧克力開心樂園、嘉善斯麥樂巧克力兒童樂園、威爾士健身會所、禹洲地產(chǎn)上?？偛俊⒚绹?/span>FMC上?？偛?、德國馬勒三期辦公樓及發(fā)動機(jī)潔凈廠房、羅氏制藥辦公樓及廢水處理站。全部驗收通過，受到了客戶的好評。在2015年成為了威爾士健身會所長期裝飾供應(yīng)商。2014年成為房地產(chǎn)百強(qiáng)企業(yè)禹洲地產(chǎn)的優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商。

    2015年完成的禹洲地產(chǎn)上?？偛哭k公樓裝飾工程項目，得到了集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的極大認(rèn)可。公司秉承“精益求精、締造未來”的發(fā)展理念，從不放過一個細(xì)節(jié)開始認(rèn)真做每一個工程項目，公司在2016年1月升級成為建筑裝飾工程施工專業(yè)承包二級資質(zhì)。

    公司去年承接的威爾士健身會所獲得了客戶的認(rèn)可和好評。不管是在整體的裝修風(fēng)格還是裝修品質(zhì)上，都處理的非常出色。該項目的成功體現(xiàn)公司整個團(tuán)隊的力量。首先設(shè)計師對于健身會所的設(shè)計采用了后現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的空間設(shè)計手法，對于整個色調(diào)選取水泥的深灰色和大膽地把原結(jié)構(gòu)頂及設(shè)備管線裸露給人，呈現(xiàn)出一種強(qiáng)烈的工業(yè)感，配上專業(yè)的燈光設(shè)計，產(chǎn)生了前衛(wèi)、時尚、低調(diào)而有內(nèi)涵的裝飾效果。為健身者提供了舒適的運(yùn)動環(huán)境是健身會所的重中之重，燈光、音效、空氣、溫度、供熱等等這些細(xì)節(jié)看不到的后臺的機(jī)電設(shè)計更體現(xiàn)了締筑的專業(yè)。有了好的設(shè)計創(chuàng)意和齊全的施工圖制作團(tuán)隊，更要有經(jīng)驗豐富的施工隊伍來完成。威爾士健身會所項目明確的定位，受到了年輕的消費(fèi)者追捧，讓他們在這里健身時能夠享受到快樂的環(huán)境。

Projects include furniture exhibition halls, fashionable restaurants, children’s playgrounds, gyms, corporate headquarters, and industrial factories. Examples include Zhejiang’s famous furniture exhibition halls, Thai In restaurant at Times Square in Shanghai, Chocolate Happy Land in Shanghai, Shanghai Aficion Smile Chocolate Village, Wales Fitness Club, Yuzhou Properties Shanghai headquarters, America’s FMC Shanghai headquarters, and Germany’s Mahle stage-three office building and engine and clean room ,Roche pharmaceutical office building and wastewater treatment plant . Each project has been through checks and inspections and been well received by clients. In 2015We have become the long-term supplier for the Wales Fitness Club .In 2014 we have become  a supplier for Yuzhou Properties, a top 100 real estate company. In 2015 we completed the engineering project for the group’s Shanghai headquarters office, receiving the approval of the leaders of this group.  We adhere to the value of “continuous improvement, creating the future” and always pay meticulous attention to detail, placing importance on every engineering project. In January 2016 the company upgraded to a level two specialized contracting qualification for building decoration engineering and construction.

   Last year our company received excellent feedback from the Wales Fitness Center, not only for the overall style, but also the quality of the decoration. This project was a success because of the hard work of the entire team. The designers adopted post-modern industrial space design methods and carefully selected every hue of dark grey for the cement color, and made a bold original structure with the roof and pipes laying bare and visible in an intense industrial feel. This was accompanied by a special light design producing a vanguard, fashionable, low-key, implied effect. One of the most important elements to a fitness center is providing people with a comfortable environment to exercise in. The fine details of the lighting, sound, air, temperature, and heating were not made visible. Keeping the mechanical and electronic components hidden in the background is part of the specialty of Shanghai D&Z Construction Engineering Company Co., Ltd. Having team members possessing rich experience is essential in order to produce good original designs and have a complete construction drawing production team.This was the clear intention for the Wales Fitness Center project, which was popular amongst young people, allowing them to enjoy the pleasant environment.
